Kale chips

Ingredients:

  • 500 g kale
  • 100 ml cold-pressed olive oil
  • 75 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g cheddar cheese

This is how you do it:

Turn on the oven at about 294 degrees F.

Wash the kale thoroughly and cut off the stalk.

Rub the olive oil in he kale leaves so that it covers really well.

Place the kale on a piece of baking paper on a tray.

Grate the cheese well and chop the nuts into small pieces.

Sprinkle cheese and nuts in the kale and put it all in the oven for about 20 mins.

Keep an eye on them so they don’t get burned.

Serve with avocado dip or any other delicious dip.

Oven baked tomatoes with beef and cheese

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 4 big tomatoes
  • butter (for the frying of the meat)
  • 250 g chopped beef 
  • 1 fed garlic
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes – with basilic taste if possible
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 mild green pepper 
  • 100 g shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream with a high content of fat 38% 
  • salad (depending on how much you want in your course
  • salt and pepper

This is how you do it:

Set the oven for 315 degrees F.

Cut the top of the tomatoes and remove the inside.

Bake the tomatoes in the middle of the oven for 15 mins. on a piece of baking paper.

Melt the butter in a pot and then add the minced beef.

When the meat is browed add garlic, water and tomatoes and boil it up.

Add oregano, salt and pepper.

Fill the tomatoes with the meat sauce and sprinkle with cheese, salad and green pepper on top.

Finally decorate with some sour cream on top

Red cabbage salad with hazelnuts and parsley

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 big red cabbage
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 1 medium size orange

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp sweetener (1:1)
  • 1/2 cup cold-pressed olive oil
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar

This is how you do it:

Cut the red cabbage into fine slices.

Chop hazelnuts and parsley and mix it with the red cabbage.

Peel the orange and cut it into appropriate minor pieces.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the salad.

Red cabbage salad can here served with roast pork with browed potatoes.

Cauliflower pizza

Ingredients pizza

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 tpsp HUSK Psysillum
  • 50 g of grated cheese
  • 50 g of grated parmesan
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping

  • 100 g of pepperoni
  • A bit oregano
  • grated cheese
  • tomato paste
  • red pepper bells

 This is how you do it

Grate cauliflower and pour boiling water over. Wait a few minutes and then drain all the water – important that you squeeze out all the water. You can also use a clean towel.

Mix all ingredients together. Use a spatula on a baking sheet making it very thin and smooth. Bake it for 15 mins at 392 degrees F. When the pizza has a golden crispy color, take it out of the oven and add the topping. Bake for 5 mins until the cheese is melted

Meatballs with brown sauce

Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of ground pork
  • 1-2 onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 / 2 tsp pepper
  • 2-3 tsp salt
  • 50 g of butter for frying

This is how you do it:

Meatballs:

Chop the onions using a grater and mix them together with the pork in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Mix it very well.
Add the eggs and stir. Then add the cream while stirring (add a little HUSK if necessary)
Fry the meatballs in a heated pan with the butter until they have a dark and golden color.

Broccoli:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 20 g of butter

Light brown sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 20 g of butter
  • 5 drops caramel color r similar
  • salt and pepper

How to make the broccoli

Cut broccoli in small bouquets and pour them with boiling water.
Melt the butter over the broccoli and add salt and pepper.

How to make the sauce

Pour the cream into a small pot. Add the egg yolk while stirring.
Let it boil while stirring.

Turn the heat down and let the sauce simmer – if it’s not thick enough add 50 g of cream cheese.

Add butter while stirring and add salt and pepper – adjust the color then with the caramel color.

Spicy omelet

OMELET

Ingredients – 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 chili
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 5-6 pcs of bacon
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 30 g of butter
  • small tomatoes
  • fresh basil

This is how you do it:

Beat egg, cream, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Melt the butter in the frying pan and crop up the chili, garlic and bell pepper and add it.
When the onions are soft, pour the egg mixture into the pan and keep stirring until the consistency is perfect.
Then pour the olive oil over and serve with small tomatoes and fresh basil.

Tip: serve with 5-6 pieces of bacon.

Paprika stew with cauliflower rice

Ingredients – 4 servings: 

  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g of pork chops
  • 2-3 tbsp paprika
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 can of chopped tomato
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 cups of small sausages
  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • parsley for garnish
  • salt and pepper

This is how you do it:

Fry the pork chops, sausages and bacon in a pan with some butter and then pour into a pot. Chop the onions and cut the mushrooms and the bell pepper and add the paprika, tomato paste and chopped tomato and heat it up.

Add cream and let it simmer for a few mins. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cauliflower rice:

Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower, then remove all green leaves.

If using a box grater, cut the cauliflower into large chunks and use the medium-sized holes. If using a food processor, cut into small pieces and use the grater attachment to grate the cauliflower into “rice.”

Transfer to a clean towel or paper towel and press to remove any excess moisture, which can make your dish soggy.

Once you have your cauliflower rice, it’s easy to cook. Simply sauté in a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp oil. Cover with a lid so the cauliflower steams and becomes more tender. Cook for a total of 5-8 mins.

Creamy curry soup

Ingredients – small dish 4 servings:

  • 100 g red curry paste
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups of  cream
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cube of vegetable bouillon
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • a little cumin

Here’s how you do it

Fry garlic in the oil on a pan and add the curry paste. Keep the temperature high.

Dissolve bouillon in 2 dl water and pour it into the pan. Let it boil for approx. 10 mins. Add the coconut milk and the cream. Let it boil for 10 mins.

Fry the sliced chicken on the pan and add a little cumin.

Served with optional vegetables.

Taco burger – by coincidence

Ingredients burger – 3-4 servings:

  • 300 g of grated cheese
  • vegetables of your choice possibly tomato, spit bowl, cucumber etc
  • 300 g of beef
  • salsa – sugarfree
  • cheese dip
  • sour cream min. 38% fat

Cheese dip:

  • 25 g butter
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 100 g cheddar or other grated cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 / 2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • a pinch of chili
  • eventually a little heavy cream if it gets too thick.

Make a large circle with the cheese on a baking paper and bake it in the oven for 10 mins at 392 degrees F until all melted.
Put the cheese on top of a drinking glass and let it hang over the sides so it shapes over the glass. Let it cool down.
Turn it around and fill it with the meat and the veggies, cream cheese etc.

Cheese dip:

Melt butter in a saucepan along with spices including garlic.
Add cream cheese, parmesan and cheddar – just a bit at a time, let it simmer for a few mins and cool it down. A perfect cheese dip.

Green beanies mix with sausages

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 250 g haricot verts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4-5 sausages
  • salt
  • sugar-free ketchup

Pour the oil over the beans and fry them in the oven for 25 minutes on some baking paper until crispy.

Cut out the sausages into pieces and fry them on a pan with some butter.

Serve with sugar-free ketchup
