Parsley dressing


  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream – depending on how thin you like it
  • the juice from a quarter of a lemon
  • a handful of parsley
  • 1 tsp Sukrin or similar sweetener 1:1
  • salt to taste

This is how you do it:

Chop the parsley and mix all ingredients together and stir it well.
Taste with salt.

Serv with cucumber sticks, cucmber sandwich or use as dressing on salads.
